The Process
We are a luxury wedding design service, here to guide you toward a magazine worthy visual and sensory experience created just for you.
We’ve become known for providing attentive, detailed service to our clients, which begins by scheduling a 30 minute video consultation get to know you and your future spouse and learn about your dream wedding. Heck, invite your mom or wedding planner if you’d like! We’d love to meet them.
During this meeting we’ll go over your Pinterest board or inspiration photos, learn more about your floral vision, and answer any questions you may have for us. Once we have a good idea of what makes you tick, we'll take that info back to our desk to create your event quote estimate.

This visual will allow you to easily compare the expected size, fullness, and impact of the floral items we’ve quoted in your event quote estimate. Any further design changes are easy to make using this method, bringing us into perfect alignment.

Once we’ve made any necessary edits to your floral estimate, and you feel that Fieldling is the perfect choice for you, we’ll send over our event contract to digitally sign, as well as an invoice requesting a deposit (30% of total amount due) to reserve your date.
After that's been locked in, the real fun begins!

After booking, we'll continue working together to develop a cohesive style direction and sophisticated color palette that ensures your wedding is the perfect expression of your unique selves.
We're always available via text and email, and when it’s time to finalize your floral order (about 4 weeks in advance of your date) we check in again to make sure we've got everything perfect!

All weddings booked with Fieldling include a site visit, preferably done with our client (that’s you!) present. We’ll bring in the perfect flowers, lighting and other creative elements that transforms your venue into a magical space that exists to celebrate you and your love.

First we design it, then we make it happen - flawlessly and on time. Our event production team consists of dedicated creative producers, talented florists, installers, and event administrators all working together to make your special day goes exactly as planned.

These are specific tasks our clients often realize they need someone to handle professionally:
✦ Welcome bag creation
✦ Sourcing of rental items such as table settings, candles, linens, lighting etc.
✦ Setting up and styling tables, chairs, and lounges at venue(s)
✦ Styling tables including placing flatware, napkins, menus and more
✦ Assembling chair covers, placing and lighting candles, setting up memory tables, etc.
✦ Setting up escort cards and displays, welcome tables, and signage
✦ Working with your photographer to style your visual items (this is how you get those gorgeous shots of the invitation suite laid out with flowers and ribbon!)

Event Design, Art Direction & Styling is offered to all of our full service event planning clients and includes:
Complete event design, theme, & concept development of all visual elements, including invitation suites, candles, backdrops, linens, escort displays, and anything else we dream up together!
Creation and management of a private planning board shared with client
Creation of a visual mood board to help plan the event to perfection
Day of production team that is trained to ensure everything looks photo worthy and polished at show time
Any additional services agreed upon that fit within our scope
